CAMPFIRE CREEK CABIN

Campfire Creek Cabin is situated between two creeks with over 2000 square feet of decks and porches overlooking the water. The outdoor wood burning fireplace located on one of the spacious decks overlooks the creek and National Forest Land. Our property borders the National Forest land on one
side, yet is very convenient to all the area attractions. We are located between Cedar Creek Golf Course Road and the Broken Bow Lake entrance but on the west side of Highway 259.

We have quick access to miles and miles of ATV trails. Very, very private. There is no through traffic. The road ends at Campfire Creek Cabin. This is a one of a kind location in the immediate Beavers Bend/Broken Bow Lake/Hochatown area. You won't find anything else in the area with the overall location, privacy, and quality.

The interior of the cabin contains 2 master size bedrooms and 1-1/2 bathrooms downstairs and a large, master suite loft upstairs with its own full bathroom. Each sleeping area contains a king size bed for a total of three king size beds. The loft area not only includes a king size bed, but also a set of bunk beds.

Of course the cabin contains all the comforts of home including leather furniture, 2 television areas with cable/VHS/DVD players, a full kitchen with all appliances, and a utility room with washer and dryer. The kitchen/dining area contains an eating bar as well as a custom make dining room table. The cabin will comfortably accommodate 8 people.

We enjoy 3 fireplaces at Campfire Creek. We have the outside deck wood burning fireplace, the great room gas fireplace, and the loft electric fireplace. This is high quality cabin in an outstanding location.

Campfire Creek Cabin is privately owned and we are our own managers. This is our personal vacation home as well.

Policies:

Arrival time is 3 P.M. or later and departure time is 12 P.M. or before

A four or more night reservation & holiday reservations require a first night's non refundable deposit

Master Card or Visa required to hold reservation

Your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount seven (7) days prior to arrival date

7 day notice required on cancellations for full refund less $50 processing fee

Less than 7 cay cancellation will be charged a 1 night's stay plus $50 processing fee- We will credit your remaining night's reservations

Cancellations 48 hours or less from arrival date will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full reservation

No cancellations can be made by email or phone messages. You will have to speak to us directly.

No smoking inside-Failure to comply will result in an extra night's rental charge

No pets on premises. Failure to comply will result in an extra night's rental charge

For broken or missing items - Credit Card will be charged for replacement cost

For excessive cleaning required-Minimum $100 charge to credit card

Holiday reservations require a minimum three night rental.

We do not provide rain checks. We cannot control the weather.

Rates:

The Campfire Creek Cabin rates range from $185 per night to $285 per night.

These rates are based on the number of occupants, age of occupants, time of year, number of nights reserved, weekdays or weekends, etc. The maximum occupancy is eight including children.

1 Night Reservations available on a case by case basis for an increased rate. (Not including Holidays or Weekends)
